(02) The reset
Most cleaning services disappear into your property and reappear with an invoice. We run on a paper trail — so when a guest claims a stain was already there, you have the photo proving otherwise.
Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, or a shared calendar — we sync directly. Same-day bookings before 11 a.m. accepted. No app to install.
Every turnover begins with a 16-photo walkthrough. Damage, missing items, and consumables are timestamped before a trash bag is opened.
Hospital-corner beds, polished glass, restocked amenities, refolded toilet paper. We follow the same checklist hotel housekeeping uses — adapted for STR.
Final-frame photos uploaded to your portal within 30 minutes of completion. If something failed inspection, we re-clean before guest arrival — on us.
